Comparing cats and dogs.

Most cats are domesticated animals that are kept as house pets. They require love and affection from their owner, and, if they are treated right, can be very enjoyable to have around for many years.
Cats are also a big responsibility; they have to be fed at least twice a day and given fresh water. Of course, they are nervous and often eat canned food, dry food, table scraps, and small rodents. Like cats, most dogs are also kept as house pets, and they require love, affection, and the same amount of attention as cats. Although cats and dogs have some similar characteristics that require a lot of attention, they are vastly different in appearance, personality, and trainability.
